1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Games 333 ("Games 333", "we", "us", "the Platform") operating at games333.ws. By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Games 333 platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• You must be registering on your own behalf. Registering an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.

• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3. Account Management

IBFT bank transfers may take 1–4 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Games 333 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 or where there are security concerns. Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification. Any funds in your account that cannot be verified as legitimately won may be withheld pending investigation.

You may only withdraw funds to payment methods that you own and that are registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×) for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Games 333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

When an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Games 333 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no violation is confirmed, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse will be forfeited in full.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Games 333 account should contact support via live chat or email. Voluntary closures are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method.
